Dimensional Letters
Polyplastic Forms has been manufacturing dimensional letters for the sign industry since 1940. We have dimensional letters to fit any budget, match any décor, and function properly for any purpose. Durafoam
An extruded high density foam with a tough veneer on both sides. Very light weight and good for interior or exterior applications. Standard thickness from 3/16” to 11”.
Unlimited paint colors available. Also accepts digital printing as well as metal and mica laminates.

Plastex
Plastex is a closed cell PVC material that is lightweight and has a tough matte finish. Plastex is available in thickness of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 1". Excellent for interior and exterior use. Plastex can be painted and accepts digital prints. It’s also a great substrate for mica and metal laminates. Plastex can also be fabricated to produce large, hollow, light weight letters.

Metal Laminate on Durafoam
Metal laminated to polystyrene. Metal on Durafoam is available in brushed or polished brass and chrome. This is an interior product. Feel free to choose any of the hundreds of metal and different laminates offered by Formica, Chemetal, or Wilsonart for an additional charge. Metal Laminate on Plastex
Our brushed or polished brass and chrome may be laminated to plastex. Plastex is a closed cell PVC material that is light weight and durable for high traffic areas. Standard surfaces are brass and chrome in a brushed or polished finish. This is an interior product. Feel free to choose any of the hundreds of metals and different laminates offered by Formica, Chemetal, or Wilsonart for an additional charge. Call for prices on custom orders.

Rustic Wood
Polyplastic has perfected the art of antiquing wood to create a unique rustic appearance. No two pieces are the same as each piece is hand crafted to achieve a one-of-a-kind look. Choose from a crackled finish or a weathered looked. These antiquing processes also allows us to tint the wood to match any color or décor.

Plexafoam
Plexafoam is plastic laminated to Durafoam with painted edges. This allows you to have a different color for the face and the edges of the letter. Plexafoam also allows you to have the gloss face of plastic with the added depth of the foam. Excellent for interior signage and display use.

Plexi Subsurface
Plexi Subsurface is clear acrylic either painted or printed on the subsurface and then mounted to Durafoam. This allows for a high gloss face with any print, pattern or color with the added depth of the foam. For interior use.

Signfoam
Signfoam is an HDU (High Density Urethane) material. It has a closed cell structure. It is unaffected by temperature or moisture, will not warp, split or crack. It is 100% waterproof, and it will not rot or decompose.
